User Experience

Uphold is definitely reigning if the reviews on Trustpilot are anything to go by. The only issues that many users complain about are related to customer support. It should be noted that some issues do take longer to resolve since the matter could be to do with how a user’s bank processes activated transactions.

Overall Conclusion 

Uphold is a registered company with the United States Treasury Department. If that does not speak volumes then what does?. This does not mean that everything with Uphold is upheld but still it is an effort in the right direction.
